Development Chemist

As a Development Chemist for painting and automobile industry you will control the projects of the laboratory with your technical knowledge for our products and make sure we meet our clients' requests. This position is located in #Medellín, Colombia and report directly to the Technical Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execution and control of technical activities for product line extension and formula cost optimization.
- Follow up the projects with the people of the laboratory and create technical reports.
- Support product changes to ensure compliance with specifications and profitability.
- Identify problems and reclamations and correct them to insurance the quality of the plant.
- Organize technology transfer information and follow-up to the areas involved.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience of 2 years in chemical industry, laboratory and raw material.
- Education in Chemical Engineering.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001.
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions and dynamic tables)
- English level B1.
