**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Support the socialization sessions of business processes from the template to the local team, lead the demonstrations in the system. Document any risks or issues, decisions or actions identified in the Fit/Gap analysis sessions with the team and recommend resolution.
- Configure the global template(s) locally in Colombia.
- Carry out functional tests of the configurations.
- Accompany users in solving incidents during comprehensive tests.
- Accompany in production start-up and in hypercare.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Master data management (materials and suppliers)
- Purchase orders and framework contracts: release strategies
- Inter company process, orders with transfer stock
- Subcontracting process (Semi-finished and manufacturing)
- Consignment process (manufacturing)
- Electronic invoicing, integration with WF
- Integration with Ariba
- Reception of merchandise from third parties and plants
- Production reception, inventory management and handling units
- Delivery of materials to the production process and return of the finished product to the WM warehouse
- Good management of the sales process (sales orders and transfer orders)
- RF process management - Radio Frequency (standard and Z extensions)
- Integrations to consider:
Batches - Batch management

Handling units for finished product

Production execution -PP- incoming and outgoing goods

Integration with QM

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Complete university studies.

Minimum work experience of 8 years.

Have worked on at least 2 SAP projects

SAP Certification

fluent English
