Our new Texas workshop is seeking a Production Scheduler, to join our growing team and operations. As a pivotal member of the Supply Chain & Logistics team, reporting directly to the SC&L Manager, you will:

- Develop and maintain production schedules with the planning team based on client demand.
- Ensure material availability before launching weekly production work orders.
- Reschedule work in progress (WIP) as necessary in order to manage unexpected events in production.
- Align production targets with customer needs.
- Promote and distribute key performance indicators related to production reliability.
- Ensure proper levels of finished goods inventory.
- Maintain and balance headcount with the production plan.
- Validate the production plan on a weekly basis in collaboration with the Production Planner.

PROFIL
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management.
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- APICS Certification is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand and replenishment processes.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
- Knowledge of product development is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
