**Machine Learning Engineer**:
**Sobre la posición**:
Estamos en búsqueda de un **Machine Learning Engineer** para unirse al equipo de **Advanced Analytics**. Serás parte de un equipo multidisciplinario de alto rendimiento que impulsa la expansión de la Inteligencia Artificial en diversas áreas del negocio. Esta posición ofrece un esquema híbrido en la ciudad de **Medellín**.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Entender las necesidades del negocio y traducirlas a soluciones técnicas de Machine Learning.
- Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar modelos de **Machine Learning** y **Deep Learning** en entornos productivos.
- Liderar la arquitectura de software para exponer los modelos y colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería para su implementación en producción mediante **CI/CD**.
- Administrar el ciclo de vida completo de los modelos**:obtención y preprocesamiento de datos, modelamiento, evaluación, despliegue y mantenimiento**.
- Trabajar con herramientas de **contenedorización** para garantizar el despliegue y la reproducibilidad de los modelos.
- Brindar apoyo y mentoría a perfiles junior dentro del equipo.

**Requisitos**:
**Formación y habilidades**:

- Título en **Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Matemáticas** o áreas afines.
- Especialización o formación avanzada en **Machine Learning** y **Deep Learning**.
- Experiência sólida en desarrollo de software con **Python**, aplicando principios de **código limpio, estructurado y óptimo**.
- Conocimientos en control de versiones con **Git**.
- Experiência en almacenamiento y consulta de datos en entornos **on-premise y cloud (AWS o GCP)**:

- Bases de datos relacionales (ej**:SQL Server**).
- Bases de datos NoSQL (ej**:MongoDB**).
- Sistemas de almacenamiento distribuido (ej**:S3**).
- Experiência en procesamiento de datos **secuencial, paralelo y distribuido**.
- Habilidades de **autogestión y liderazgo**, con capacidad para coordinar tareas propias y de otros miembros del equipo.

**Experiência práctica**:

- ** 5+ años** de experiência en desarrollo de software y modelamiento de datos.
- Experiência en proyectos de **Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (NLP), Visión por Computadora o Sistemas de Recomendación**, utilizando técnicas de **Deep Learning**.
- Experiência en operacionalización de modelos a través de **APIs, aplicaciones web/móviles o entornos productivos**.
