The **Production Supervisor** is responsible for effectively managing production activities for a specific area of the Focus Factory, developing collaborative partnerships with CP colleagues. He or she must deliver the agreed to business results while maintaining positive employee relations. The primary accountabilities of the role include, labor relations, people and team development.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the production process of converting raw materials to work in process and/or finished goods that ensures a high level of operational excellence.
- Ensures effective FP&R performance within the area, specifically to the standards: Autonomous Maintenance, 5S and VWP and People Capability.
- Manage the people, permanent and temporary plant work force and ensures compliance with policies/procedures for crewing, shift rotation, vacation scheduling.
- Daily track to production schedule and adjust the production plan with the Production Planner as needed to meet the demands.
- Attend any issue or potential conflict such as: Production conflicts, Material availability, Utilities, Maintenance schedules, Labor issues, to coordinate new production plans.
- Leader Physical Inventory Counts (Cycle, Wall to Wall). Investigate and record variances between the physical count and book balances. Explanations must be recorder in a inventory document with the authorized signatures prior to general ledger posting.
- Leader Inventory for Controlled Materials in the plant. Post daily consumption. Meet and ensure legal requirements.
- Conduct activities related to monthly financial closure. Production orders must be technically completed. Coordinate with the Finished Good Warehouse Supervisor the Back Up Application, for Finished Good Plants.
- Leader at plant level an Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program. Maintain an implement and AM action plan to assure Stages and Steps. Ensure the usage of Problem tags to visually identify problems. Ensure AM Progress Measurement, monitor KPIs tracking.
- Investigate and report incidents/accidents and support corrective and preventative action. Follow-up to corrective action plan.
- Ensure that permanent Colgate people and temporary employees at all levels within the plant have the skills and competencies to perform their job function (People Capability Standard). Review training needs for permanent and temporary employees. Conduct training. Evaluate the comprehension and effectiveness of training.
- Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for routine and non-routine tasks as required
Attend all Labor concerns (Union and Non-Union workers) in a timely manner to the appropriate parties involved.
- Attend EOHS Meeting.
- Attend FP&R Meeting as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Demmand.
- Intermediate English level.
- Desirable experience managing people.
- Desirable experience working with SAP.
- Desirable knowledge in Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets).
