Are you ready to take your video production and project management skills to the next level? We're seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a **Video Producer/Project Manager**. If you're passionate about bringing ideas to life, collaborating with diverse teams, and creating impactful content, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
**What You Will Do**:
- Take full ownership of our video production in your country;
- Recruit and develop a team of skilled video creators including directors, videographers, actors, and more;
- Oversee the entire video production process. This involves locating and securing shooting locations, crafting production timelines, coordinating with actors, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth workflow;
- Efficiently manage priorities and workloads to meet schedules and deadlines;
- Plan, monitor, and control project expenses, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
**What We Expect**:
- A strong educational background in the film industry or extensive experience in project management/producing is essential for this role;
- Proven experience in television, film, or video production to showcase your creative and technical expertise;
- Demonstrated ability to assemble, lead, and motivate a production team to achieve outstanding results;
- Fluent in English. All aspects of production, including actors and scripts, will be in English, your command over the language is vital;
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Understanding social media and video platforms enables you to tailor content for maximum impact.
