Realizar la gestión de ventas, mediante el análisis del entorno interno y externo, la combinación de productos y precios de venta actualizados con la oferta y la demanda, así como las tendencias cambiantes, los indicadores económicos y los competidores, a fin de establecer acciones que aseguren un óptimo volumen de venta, consolidadas en planes comerciales.
Viajar periódicamente a los países asignados a su cargo realizando presentación de propuestas, venta de productos y apoyo al área de marketing en caso ser necesario a fin de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, captar nuevos clientes y cerrar las ventas proyectadas junto con nuestros distribuidores.
- Obtener y gestionar información del mercado y estadística constante de cantidad de pacientes en PD, CAPD (en coordinación con apoyo clínico), HD y proveedores de la competencia a fin de dar seguimiento al estatus actual del paciente y el tratamiento que recibe.
Analizar de manera continua los procesos y procedimientos del área comercial a fin de gestionar su optimización para el aseguramiento de las metas comerciales y la calidad del servicio de venta y postventa, teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos y estándares de calidad de FMC junto con nuestros distribuidores.
Negociar con los principales clientes los términos del contrato de venta y el precio final de los productos y/o colaborar en las negociaciones de distribuidores de ventas donde su apoyo sea requerido, teniendo en cuenta los márgenes de rentabilidad brindados por el área de marketing, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas económicas y la proyección de precios establecida.
Resolver problemas de inconformidad que puedan manifestar los clientes respecto a despacho, facturación o cualquier otro relacionado al proceso de venta, gestionando la queja o reclamo y derivándola al área correspondiente a fin de garantizar la satisfacción final del cliente y su fidelización con el producto y la empresa junto con nuestros distribuidores.
