Collector Specialist

**Position**:Collection specialist

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm

**Salary**:2.4 - 2.7 Mill COP + commissions

**Job description**:

- Understand and demonstrate the principles of the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Contact customers via outbound/inbound phone calls and other means of communication to secure the balance of debt by negotiating payment terms and methods.
- Utilize various means of skip tracing to locate customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record and update full and complete account information to aid in account resolution.
- Adhere to FDCPA and state and federal laws and regulations.
- Perform various Debt Collector administrative duties.
- Comply with policies and procedures as required.
- Successfully complete training and certifications.
- Achieve a required score on FDCPA test.
