Consultor de Nomina - PAYROLL **PEOPLE EXECUTIVE**
**Acerca de este rol**:

Como consultor de nómina, serás responsable de analizar y preparar informes relacionados con el cargo, garantizar el cumplimiento de los pagos a los trabajadores previa revisión y validación de novedades alineadas al soporte legal. Asegurar el flujo completo de los procesos de seguridad social, retención en la fuente (cálculo de porcentaje semestral), medios magnéticos, traslado de cesantías y prima de servicios. Identificar acciones de mejora y optimización del proceso, preparar y documentar información relevante a auditorias y revisorías, trabajar en equipo y brindar a nuestro cliente interno una adecuada atención.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Preparar toda la información necesaria para asegurar los pagos de nómina en las fechas según cronograma.
- Ser responsable del proceso de retiros.
- Preparar y asegurar que toda la información necesaria para procesos de cierre contable, interfaz, seguridad social, aportes parafiscales e impuestos se entregue en las fechas adecuadas.
- Análisis de información para capacidades de endeudamiento.
- Asegurar y ejecutar el debido proceso y transmisión de nómina electrónica.
- Adaptación y solución a requerimientos globales de payroll.
- Diseñar, documentar e implementar procedimientos para optimizar los procesos de nómina
Mantenerse al día sobre las leyes laborales fiscales colombianas.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial.
- Experiência demostrable como consultor de nómina, coordinador de nómina o en un puesto similar, mínimo con 3 años de experiência en este cargo.
- Conocimiento profundo de las normativas legales laborales y tributarias sobre empleados de nómina Colombiana
- Expertiz en el manejo de herramientas Excel y hojas de cálculo
- Fácil adaptación en cronogramas de entrega de información
- Skills necesarios: Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, análisis y organización, orientación al detalle, iniciativa, habilidad numérica, orientación al logro.
- Experiência práctica con software de nómina - Novasoft (opcional).
