Optimizar el acceso de los pacientes a nuestro portafolio de especialidad a través del diseño e implementación de soluciones enfocadas en aseguradores, prestadores y Gobierno, alineadas con la estrategia de la marca y respondiendo a las necesidades de los pacientes y el sistema de salud para maximizar la generación de valor y favorecer el logro de los resultados en salud.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Anticipar y moldear el entorno del sistema de salud**, identificando barreras y oportunidades para optimizar el acceso y reembolso de productos.
- **Colaborar con equipos locales y regionales** (medical, marketing, acceso, comercial) para desarrollar estrategias y mensajes que aseguren el acceso y reembolso, ajustados a los tomadores de decisión clave.
- **Intervenir en barreras de acceso** en instituciones públicas y privadas, trabajando junto a equipos de campo para asegurar la implementación efectiva de estrategias de acceso.
- **Apoyar el diseño de estrategias dirigidas a pacientes y asociaciones**, garantizando su alineación con el código de relaciones, la normativa vigente y los valores de GSK.
- **Construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas** con tomadores de decisión internos y externos (prestadores, aseguradores, Gobierno, PAGs), para fortalecer el posicionamiento de la compañía.

En el área de Acceso y Valor buscamos optimizar el acceso a terapias de innovación de prevención y tratamiento para todos los pacientes que las requieran, favoreciendo la equidad, calidad y la eficiencia en el uso de recursos de nuestro sistema de salud, creando soluciones integrales que generen valor a los diferentes actores del sistema, favorezcan el logro de los resultados en salud y nos permitan lograr los objetivos estratégicos de compañía.

Cualificaciones:

- Profesional en ciencias de la salud o administrativas. Preferiblemente con postgrado en áreas relacionadas
- 5 años mínimo de experiência en entidades del sector salud relacionadas con el aseguramiento, prestación, Gobierno o industria farmacéutica
- Conocimiento profundo del sistema de salud y las dinámicas a nível territorial
- Habilidades sobresalientes en influencia y negociación para llevar a cabo la implementación de proyectos complejos
- Habilidad para promover el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración construyendo relaciones efectivas
