Comissions Analyst

At **Solvo Global** we are looking for a **Comissions Analyst **to join our team

**Responsabilities**:

- Become proficient in multiple commission management systems utilized by the company including entering commission data, updating status of existing policies and reviewing reports.
- Provide daily support and communication to the team to ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete commission assignments with keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate status ongoing for appropriate next steps and act accordingly be it outreach to a carrier, broker or internal team.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel (and other tools as necessary) to prepare and analyze reports of delinquent commission payments for submission to insurance carrier.
- Other assignments and responsibilities as necessary
- Ensure compensation calculations are timely communicated to sales teams and brokers and that feedback mechanisms are in place and accurate.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Excel.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Desire to continuously learn, take on a wide range of tasks and grow with our company.
