**UnifyCX** is growing and we are looking for a** Talent Acquisition Manager** to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla
**What Will You Do?**
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment process for our operations in Colombia, managing end-to-end recruitment efforts, and developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of local and regional job markets, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align recruitment efforts with our organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Strategy**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to refine recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
**Social Media Engagement/Recruitment**:
- Design and implement innovative social media campaigns to attract top talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content, including job postings, videos, infographics, and blogs, tailored to the target audience.
- Manage and optimize the company’s presence on social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and reach.
**Talent Sourcing and Attraction**:
- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote UnifyCX as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
**Recruitment Process Management**:
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
**Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Provide expert advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
**Who Are You?**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in senior talent acquisition or recruitment management, in a BPO setting or at minimum a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices in Colombia.
- Strong understanding of local and regional labor markets, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
