**DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate test cases, execute tests, track defects, and generate test reports.
- Plan and design effective testing strategies.
- Identify and report defects or issues found during testing.
- Propose solutions to strengthen current processes.
- Document defects accurately and collaborate with the development team to resolve them.
- Analyze test results and evaluate if the software meets established requirements and quality standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and quality practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest changes or enhancements to ensure software quality.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Understand stakeholders' needs.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in the health insurance and/or travel industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to discuss issues, needs, and propose solutions with stakeholders.
- Proactive in proposing creative solutions for presented problems.
- Agility in problem-solving and solution development.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

**Necessary Knowledge**:

- Experience in planning, designing, and executing software tests.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and development processes.
- Experience in different types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Desirable knowledge of test automation tools.
- Knowledge of software testing tools such as Postman.
- Knowledge in related technical areas such as databases, programming languages, web technologies, software architecture, APIs, and web services to understand system functioning and identify potential quality issues.
- Ability to analyze software requirements and specifications.
- Knowledge and experience in agile development methodologies.
- Desirable experience in the use of JIRA.

**Education and Experience**:

- Professional degree related to systems, informatics, computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
