**Job Description**:
An opportunity for a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join a fast-growing, multi-site company. Working across a wide variety of short format broadcast and digital content projects, we are looking for an individual capable of interpreting briefs effitiently, with flair and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:
**Core experience and skills**
- A minimum of 4 years experience
- Expert knowledge of After Effects and popular plugins
- Good knowledge of the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop & Illustrator
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D & Mocha desirable
- Strong compositing skills, including tracking, keying and rotoscoping
- A keen eye for detail, design, composition and typography
- Strong technical knowledge of post-production workflow, file formats, and delivery specs for TV and Social platforms
- A strong showreel is essential

- Ability to interpret and execute briefs effectively
- Take existing projects and make creative changes and improvements
- Take master projects and adapt efficiently and accurately into other sizes and formats
- Have the ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Dilligent, collaborative and ability to follow detailed company ‘best practice’ processes, naming conventions and media organisation
- Work accurately to tight deadlines and under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, hard-working, a team player and a good sense of humour
