What can you expect in a "Senior Accountant" role with TaskUs:
As the Senior Accountant, you are responsible for handling the company's taxes matters and resolving accountant topics. You will perform monthly accounting closing activities and reconciliations, focused on controllership for the country assigned.

Main Responsibilities:

- Monthly management reports
- Interaction with corporate shared services for USGAAP analysis
- Assist in preparation of draft audited accounts.
- Coordination of external outsourcing.
- Prepare monthly management reports - eg : Flash, P&L Flux, and analysis vs actuals and budgets, Balance sheet, cash flows.
- Handle SOX & statutory audit inquiries.
- Assist in the review & strengthening of internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting requirements
- Possess knowledge of other accounting functions & provide assistance/back-up when required
- Budget participation

Required Qualifications:

- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, proven interaction with GAAP reconciliations.
- At least 4 years relevant experience post qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
- Must possess strong knowledge accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suit
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve, ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Education / Certifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

- Remote
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
