**Duties and Responsibilitie**
- Participate in required meetings, such as: sprint kickoff, retrospectives, grooming, ad-hoc feature planning, and occasional 1x1s with leadership
- To share daily standups - typically asynchronously via slack
- To participate in code reviews - submit their work for code review; to also review the work of their peers in a timely fashion
- To pair-program when needed
- To be available during typical business hours - this is generally flexible; based on timezone, we look for at least a partial overlap of the day with our team in the US
- To speak up when stuck/confused/frustrated - a quiet engineer is frequently a blocked engineer
- To make mistakes and learn from their mistakes - we strive for quality but don’t expect perfection
- To share work early and often
- To suggest ways to improve our processes, tools or overall quality
**Ready to apply? First check if you have**:
- JavaScript - Frontend (React) if you have experience with backend using PHP or Nodejs is a big plus
- GitHub
- SQL - ability to write simple queries when needed
- HTML - familiarity with core elements and best practices
- CSS - ability to write basic styles and overrides
- Experiencie with PostgreSQL
- GraphQL, Relay
- Domain-based Design
- DB Querying (SQL) & Schema Design
- Writing Tests (Unit, Integration, E2E)
