Descripción del empleo

AECOM Colombia busca un Arquitecto V desarrollador para proyecto de edificaciones y/o infraestructura de transporte, a cargo del desarrollo y coordinación técnica de las edificaciones
- Estará a cargo de las tareas que le sean designadas por el líder del proyecto y deberá asumir las labores de dirección de paquetes de entregables, lo que implica ayudar a dirigir el equipo de trabajo, previa coordinación y planeación con el arquitecto líder, manejar reuniones, coordinar técnicamente y/o liderar presentaciones que le sean asignadas.
- Será responsable de la definición de acabados y especificaciones además de otras tareas como colaborador directo del Arquitecto Líder y el EOR en el desarrollo arquitectónico del proyecto.
- Trabajará con el equipo de diseño del proyecto y estará en coordinación constante con las diferentes especialidades que intervienen en el mismo.
- Será responsable del control y desarrollo de un paquete de especificaciones especifico, por lo cual, estará encargado de las comunicaciones y deberá dar seguimiento a las diferentes partes que intervienen en el mismo, ejemplo: cliente, Joint Venture, Peer review, subcontratistas, líderes de otras especialidades, entre otros.
- Trabajará en coordinación con el líder del equipo de arquitectura y la coordinación técnica del proyecto.
- Tomará decisiones basados en la completa comprensión de los procedimientos y políticas de la empresa para lograr los resultados establecidos y los plazos acordados en el proyecto y en coordinación con los líderes de arquitectura del mismo
- Seguirá los procedimientos establecidos y las instrucciones sobre las tareas asignadas.
- Capacidad y experiência en la realización de proyectos en un entorno de trabajo bajo presión,
- Será parte activa del Equipo de Buildings and Places - Colombia, y apoyará en las tareas que le sean asignadas, en correlación con su experiência general y específica.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulado como arquitecto con por los menos 8 anos de experiência
