**Position**:SDR/Sourcer
**City**:Medellín (Remote)
**Schedule**:Monday to friday from 8am to 6pm
**Remuneration**: $3'000.000 - 3'500.000
**Job description**:
**Responsabilities**:
- Data entry/Database management.
- Sourcing on Hire-easy, Linkedin and different ATS.
- Working 3 jobs per day, 100 outreaches per job.
- Adding 60 new people a day
**Experience/Skills**:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spoken and Written.
- ATS/CRM management.
- Must know what Boolean search is, experience is preferred.
- Sourcing experience is preferred.
**Salary**: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 per month
