What you'll do
- You will report to Dir Success Operations Enablement to contribute to the goals of the Customer Education Services team.
- You will deliver engaging technical training to classroom-based, virtual classroom-based, or blended-learning groups or individuals using Teams or other applicable software.
- You will work as part of a global team to ensure global consistency in best practices and training delivery methodologies are used.
- You will set up and configure new and existing training environments.
- You will arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- You will build an understanding of the customer's business and demonstrate an understanding of the business in training presentations.
- You will gather and document internal and external customer requirements.
- You will contribute to course development, updates, and general improvements to learning content.
- You will help the instructional design team translate learning outcomes into appropriate learning activities and assessments.
- You will network with key contacts across the organization and across other company functions to gather feedback on training content enhancements.

You should have
- Bachelor's degree as a Technical Trainer related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 3+ years of related experience as a Technical Trainer
- Experience developing mobile learning and micro-learning
- Experience developing learning videos and editing them with editing tools such as Camtasia.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.
