**What are we looking for?**:
Customer service oriented people, passionate about providing technical support and advice to our IT users. If you have one year of experience in similar roles, knowledge in management tools and system administration, join our team

**What do we need from you?**
- Provide technical support and advice to IT users.
- Install and configure operating systems.
- Administer Office and Workspace platforms.
- Work with LAN and WAN networks. Assist in troubleshooting and vulnerability remediation.

**What do we look for in you?**
- Fluency in** English and Spanish**, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Windows OS installation and support.
- Knowledge of Mac OS and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with management tools such as ITIL.
- Passion for teamwork and problem solving.
