Senior Growth Marketer, User Acquisition

HubSpot is looking for an experienced growth marketer to oversee the discovery and implementation of new user acquisition strategies across our Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS software across one of our main international markets: LATAM & Iberia.
This high-impact, high-visibility role sits on the International Growth Team (part of the broader Inbound Demand Team) and partners directly with the English Growth Team, Website Strategy Team, Regional Team, and Product Marketing Teams to identify, assess and test new opportunities for user growth in the Spanish speaking markets. When successful opportunities are discovered, this Senior Growth Marketer will work cross-functionally to operationalize and scale them into our always-on user acquisition playbook as well as incorporating them across other core international markets.
The right person for this role is a strategic thinker and proactive doer who has a proven track record of user growth. They are someone who can quickly gain a deep understanding of our products, features and buyer personas and leverage this understanding to optimize or find new ways to acquire users through the research they conduct on audience, specific regional market trends, emerging channels and more. They are deeply analytical and use data-driven insights to test theories and improve results. This person is also a pro at working collaboratively and asynchronously, as well as ace communication and project management.
**In this role you'll get to**:
- Identify new opportunities, as well as optimizations to our current strategies, for user growth across HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS Hubs with focus on Latam/Iberia markets.
- Support International Growth Strategy in identifying, creating and optimizing assets for our Product Pages to drive organic traffic and demand through SEO, Content Marketing and CRO tactics.
- Identify opportunities and assess their potential impact by conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative research, including market analyses, customer insights, market trends and more.
- Prioritize viable opportunities based on expected impact and launch MVPs to quickly prove/disprove hypotheses.
- Partner with teams across the Marketing organization to build full-blown strategic plans around proven initiatives. Present plans to Product, Marketing and Regional leadership for buy-in.
- Oversee execution of new user acquisition strategies in Latam/Iberia as well as partner with the Analytics Team to measure and report on results.
- Report regularly on performance of Spanish Product Pages and Website assets in acquiring new users.
- Help operationalize and scale successful tests into the Marketing Team's always-on user acquisition strategy.
- Stay apprised of upcoming features and features currently available in our products.
- Be the central point of contact between Web Strategy, Product Marketing and International Growth teams.
**We are looking for people who have**:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B software
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, demand generation and product marketing
- Experience in working across international markets, having particularly knowledge of the Latam/Iberia B2B industry
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities for audience growth and building, rolling out and project managing effective strategies for testing them
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and plans
- An insatiable curiosity to stay up-to-date on audience trends, acquisition trends and what competitors / innovative companies are doing
- Not afraid to try new things - driven to constantly test and improve results
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
