**¿Cuáles son las responsabilidades?**
- Coordinar la recopilación de documentos desde la preparación de propuestas hasta la incorporación o "onboarding".
- Mantener la jerarquía de cuentas y oportunidades en Salesforce para cuentas de clientes potenciales.
- Ayudar a los RSM con la preparación de propuestas, la firma de contratos y las transferencias al equipo de incorporación o "onboarding".
- Asegurarse de que los campos de datos, contactos y documentos clave se carguen en Salesforce con la etiqueta "Closed Won".
- Realizar revisiones semanales de la canalización de oportunidades para mantener la integridad de los datos en Salesforce.
- Realizar revisiones semanales de la cartera de clientes potenciales para hacer recomendaciones sobre la calidad de los clientes potenciales, reducir los datos irrelevantes y garantizar tiempos de respuesta más rápidos a los clientes potenciales.
- Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional en cualquier interacción con los prospectos.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar y optimizar el proceso de ventas.
- Administrar y mantener de manera competente el CRM y cualquier otra base de datos de ventas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el liderazgo de ventas en proyectos que contribuyan al éxito general del equipo de ventas.
- Trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo, apoyando el éxito de los demás.
- Actuar de una manera que mantenga la reputación estelar de la empresa.
- Otras funciones asignadas según sea necesario.

**¿Qué necesitamos?**
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés. (B2 + en adelante)
- Licenciatura en negocios, finanzas, ventas, marketing, informática, ciencias generales o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência de 2 a 5 años en operaciones de ventas/ingresos o un rol similar.
- Experiência de 2 a 5 años en Salesforce CRM.
- Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
- Competencia en software Microsoft Suite y CRM, con aptitud para aprender, mejorar y aprovechar los sistemas.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de venta como ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, etc.
- Mentalidad estratégica y habilidad para ejecución táctica.
- Experiência con métricas de éxito de ventas (OKR, KPI, análisis de tendencias).
- Mentalidad analítica con habilidades excepcionales para resolver problemas.
- Excelente comprensión de la gestión de datos en el CRM.
- Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
- Habilidades destacadas en organización, gestión de proyectos y gestión del tiempo.
