**JOB TITLE: Policy Analyst**

**DEPARTMENT: Emissions**

**LOCATION: Medellín, Colombia**

**SALARY: $2,700,000 COP per month**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Emissions Specialist will provide support to the emissions team and efficiently address the needs that arise in each policy. Working collaboratively with other departments involved in the process, the specialist will ensure timely delivery.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
Offer support to the emissions team, resolving policy-related needs promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with other departments involved in the process to meet delivery timelines.

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Work in a proactive manner to identify and address issues.

Utilize intermediate English language skills, with Portuguese language proficiency being highly desired but not mandatory.

Possess customer service experience.

Display a proactive attitude, taking initiative to identify and address potential challenges.

Exhibit superior and effective communication skills.

Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bring dynamism and energy to the role.

**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**:
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration or related field.

Intermediate English language skills.

Experience in customer service.

Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.

Superior and effective communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Dynamic and energetic approach to work.
