**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Support the development and execution of Indirects procurement categories strategies for Andean BU in alignment with the LATAM category management team. (COE) and also representing the needs of local stakeholders and local markets dynamics.

This role is accountable for ensure the proper procurement process according to the governance & policies of the BU, coordinating with regional procument teams (COE & POC) in order to deliver the supply of goods and services focus on deliver the procutivity plan (AOP),and also quality and agile service adding value to the BU results.

**Your Impact**
- Knowing and understanding the regional and global strategies of the assigned categories in order to support their excution an comunication
- support the POC my buy team in the negotiation and consolidate the information for the my buy catalogs
- Build strategic relationships with local stakeholders, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities to create value and to position Procurement’s value proposition. Align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Support end users through the procurement and my buy catalogs usuing process in coordination with the POC team
- Execute and consolidate the spend analysis guaranteed the data standardization(Taxonomy adherence) and using different digitization tools (Sap Celonis...)
- Monitoring the spend data in order to find and correct diferences and mistakes
- Support the Execution of Legal Contract process (NDAs, LPAs, GISR Exceptions, Legal Template Approvals, etc.)
- Trakking and boosting the WF approvals in Ariba Contracts & Ariba Sourcing
- Suport regional category teams in the productivity projects implemation and delivery
- Identifying and deliver local productivity projects aligned to BU productivity cells
- Track productivity KPI to ensure on time information according to GP dead lines
- Influence local stakeholders and usesr in the implementation of disruptive projects
- Benchmarkig regional and global productivity initatives
- Using PS tool to ensure the productivity initiatives documentation
- Manage the local suppliers (+35) through a performance management process
- Support regional procurement team in suppliers communication & follow-up

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Professional in Industrial engineering, business administration, economics, Commerce and / or related careers
- 2 years of specific experience in procurement
- Advanced level English
- Strong skills in Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good IT skills ERP (SAP / ARIBA)
- Specific procurement knoeledge ( 7 steps, TCO, 5 porters forces..)
- knowledge with procurement strategy development and execution (RFX events, e autionsetc)
- Basic productivity knowledge (six sigma, agile)
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes.
- Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling
- Ability to build relationships at all levels users, stakeholders, Managger
- Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple sourcing initiative
- Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for strategic
