**Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements and skills

**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:

- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Someone with at least 3 years of experience
- Somebody that can get feedback and ideas from clients and coworkers
- Someone able to give ideas
- A combo between design and marketing (70 % design and 30% marketing (skill tied in social media)
- Paid social would be a nice to have
- They need somebody who can organize social media
- Someone who knows about Facebook advertising
- Google ads and retargeting
- On the design piece: work on their landing page, not only design the digital ads but algo plant that in the web page
- Somo sort of CMS is preferred - Someone who knows about wordpress - Someone with experience in digital deeisgn
- Someone with familiarity working with US companies
