Provide OnStar and Connected Services consulting to different levels and areas of the dealership
- Meet and maintain the metrics set by the GM Connected Products and Services team.
- Accompany and support dealership teams to make them aware of the benefits and key selling points of OnStar and connectivity services.
- Report weekly status of the dealership onboarding process.
- Ensure that dealership teams communicate to customers the arguments and benefits of OnStar and Connected Services as an important differential of the brand to generate value and be a motivator in the vehicle purchase decision.
- Successfully deploy the strategies established by the GM Connected Products and Services team to dealers.
- Support dealer post-sales management, deploying the escalation process appropriately.
- Support the contact center team to meet a credit card capture objective during the welcome call.
- Raise irregularities that may arise in terms of installation of external devices at dealerships in vehicles with OnStar technology.
- Report irregularities that may arise in owner center, App, GSP, global connect, and support in case of running tests.
- Professional in business administration, engineering and other related fields with 4 years of experience in account management, preferably in the commercial area of the automotive sector.
- Person focused on customer service.

High level of interpersonal relationship for account management with GM hierarchical levels, dealers and others involved in the service..
- Able to handle uncertainty or ambiguity.
- Ability to assertively communicate your ideas and also to analyze and present information clearly.
- Analytical, proactive and efficient reasoning.
- Knowledge of Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ensuring adherence to work and project schedules
- Focused on results
- Willingness to move between dealerships within your region.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills, with variety and adaptability of style.
