**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and maintain backend functionality for SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions.**
- **Design, implement, and expose services via OCC (Omni Commerce Connect).**
- **Create and optimize FlexibleSearch queries for database interactions.**
- **Develop new features and functionalities from scratch, ensuring scalability and performance.**
- **Work with SOLR for search configurations and indexing.**
- **Collaborate on WCMS (Web Content Management System) customizations and enhancements.**
- **Implement and manage cron jobs for scheduled tasks.**
- **Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.**
- **Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high system performance and availability.**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.**

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) development.**
- **Proficient in Java and Spring Framework.**
- **Demonstrated experience with key SAP Commerce modules, including OCC, FlexibleSearch, SOLR, WCMS, and cron jobs.**
- **Proven ability to develop features from scratch, including design, implementation, and testing.**
- **Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.**
- **Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.**
- **Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.**
- **Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **SAP Commerce certifications.**
