Virtual Sales Agent for Real Estate Firm

Your Role at Grace Home Solutions:
During the initial 2-month training period, you will receive a training rate 500 USD bi-weekly plus 100 USD for every closed deal. Once your training is complete, you will shift to a commission based pay at 5% paid out bi-weekly. (ex: 20,000 USD profit will equate to 1000 USD commission). If a target of 4 contracts per month (equals 4000 USD commission) is hit; any additional contract secured during this month will provide an additional 25 USD bonus at closing.

In your role, you will primarily be relied upon for attending phone appointments with homeowners and purchasing their homes. All of the leads you will be working have been pre-qualified by our Lead Managers. You will have intimate sales and real estate training with some of the best sales trainers in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Weekly appointments with homeowners to purchase their homes.
Make daily calls to homeowners interested in selling.
Successfully be able to close deals in an efficient manner.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with our homeowners.

8-5 CST (during training period)
Monday to Friday

After Training period: flexible schedule
