**Responsibilities**:

- ** A 12 hour-shift working schedule (from 8 am to 8 pm, night and day alternate, schedule: 12h working through 48h for rest).**:

- Perform proactive identification and resolution of level 1 and 2 network issues, including performance degradation, outages, and anomalies.
- Conduct network monitoring and triage to ensure smooth operation and quick response to any issues.
- Address PC and peripheral issues as they arise within the defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with level 3 technicians who are located in India, Israel, the US, and Canada to escalate and resolve tickets/issues requiring higher-level expertise.
- Adhere to defined incident management processes, including ticketing, escalation, and resolution within specified SLAs.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Network management.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Experience in supporting Tableau and SalesForce services.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Experience in Monitoring using Zabbix, and Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ** Upper-Intermediate+ English level.**:
