**What you will do**
- Responsible for managing strategic company accounts.
- Will, together with customers, develop solutions that improve the competitiveness and performance of our products.
- Generate market growth through senior level or c-suite relationship strategies.
- Work, in partnership with other business units, in the alignment of accounts and design of strategies for stabilization and growth.
- Create and manage indicators for evaluating sales success.
- Management of strategies that work on short, medium and long term positioning.
**What you need**
- Completed education in business, life sciences, engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in medical device companies.
- 5 years of experience in understanding hospital performance metrics as well as recommending solutions according to such metrics.
- 3 years of experience developing and selling custom solutions to senior level/c-suite executives in healthcare institutions.
- 2 years of expertise in managing cross-commercial initiatives and project implementation
- Ability to lead by influence, mobilizing teams.
- Ability to understand each sale as a project.
- Advanced English is desirable.
