As an **Temperature Control Tracking Specialist**, you will encounter various challenges in this role:

- Continuously support your team in confirming pickups, tracking shipments, and deliveries, which in turn will be reflected in the external customer's satisfaction when receiving timely shipment information.
- Report any issues that occur during the pickup, transit, and/or delivery of the cargo.
- Keep the system updated with the status of the cargo (from assigned, in transit, delivered, and any other situations that may arise such as additional costs, lost shipments, weight or quantity changes) for easy access and analysis of the cargo's status information.
- Continuously improve the service with the aim of ensuring the growth of customer retention.

**To be outstanding in this role, the following factors contribute to your success**:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in a field related to International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- You should possess at least six months of experience in a logistics or customer service position.
- Strong proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate with international customers and express your perspective.

- Work schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Friday: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Salary of 2,400,000 COP (You will have salary increases every 6 months until reaching a maximum of 2,800,000 COP.)
