The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:
Scheduling medical appointments for clients

Maintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case Manager

Communicating case status to clients

Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents

This position is very busy, legal assistants can spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel.
