The role will include work on new and existing BI dashboards and reports, extracting ad-hoc data sets, as well as offering support to the Data product.

**A TASTER OF WHAT YOU'LL BE INVOLVED WITH..**:

- Work on projects that require development of dashboards, static reporting, data modelling and scheduling automated data set workflows.
- Work with a range of latest technologies including MS SQL, SSRS, QlikSense, Snowflake and Airflow.
- Efficiently complete ad-hoc report requests from business stakeholders.
- Support the Data product consumers requesting assistance via the Data Service Desk or via other channels.
- Ensure the BI systems are regularly maintained to keep data flowing steadily.
- Work together with the Technical Lead to discuss any recommendations for enhancing our architecture or tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Identify any manual tasks that have the potential for automation.
- Investigate data issues and report findings to other development teams.

**YOU ARE GOOD AT**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on detail.
- Taking ownership of tasks and areas of work.
- Working independently with mínimal to no supervision.
- Effectively prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
- Collaborate within a team to accomplish collective objectives.
- Possess excellent English communication skills.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Possess a degree in a relevant technical area.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient knowledge in SQL is a must.
- Experience in using reporting tools like SSRS or similar would be considered an asset.
- Experience in using visualisation tools like QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI or similar would be considered an asset.
- Have an understanding of data warehouse and ETL concepts.
