**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Loan Officers in managing and organizing loan files.
- Maintain precise and accurate documentation throughout the loan process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify financial documents and assist in loan closing processes.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support to ensure timely loan processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in loan processing, mortgage banking, or a related financial field.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
- Team player with a thorough understanding of loan processes and regulations.
