An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
**_NOC and Performance Specialist _**

The Network Operations Center Specialist primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of the Customer infrastructure. The Network Operations Center Specialist provides overall expertise in the network operations functions.

**_Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _**

Strategy & Planning
- Ability to define, implement and enforce the organization’s Configuration Management and Change Management policies and practices.

Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure effective management of issues and customer satisfaction.
Operational Management
- NOC Specialist will manage and provide, as needed, hands-on technical support work related to the overall health and maintenance of the organizations multiple environments.

**_Required Skills & Abilities _**

Technical competency in the following areas will be foundational for success:

- Thorough understanding of IP Networks, including VLANs
- Skills on Observability and Performance methodologies
- Experience working on build Dashboards and monitoring tools
- Knowledge and experience of SS7/SIGTRAN/GSM MAP/TCAP protocols.
- Knowledge and experience of 3GPP standards, control plane network architecture, and call flows to assist with core network design and architecture review.
- Knowledge and experience on 4G, 3G and 2G networks node Interfaces and architecture for Protocols such as SCTP, GTP, TCP, ICMP, UDP, Diameter.
- Desirable knowledge Linux/Unix.

**_Education and Experience _**

Bachelor's or Master's degree with qualifications in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, information technology or related fields; and five to 10 years related experience and/or training
