Construir y Mantener relaciones positivas y activas con los grupos de interés alrededor de la Cervecería. Gestionar interacciones con los grupos de interés en reuniones, foros, grupos en línea y otros canales, incluyendo el manejo de los canales PQRS (Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos y Solicitudes) para promover una imagen positiva de la empresa. Gestionar el trabajo colaboratico con CCAA y otros departamentos para dar cumplimiento a los lineamientos de licencia social para operar y demás políticas y procedimientos relacionados con gestión de grupos de interés. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de comunicacion efectivas con los grupos de interés para alcanzar los objetivos de produccion y comerciales de la operacion.
