**Role Purpose**

Punto único de contacto para las Líneas de Negocio, Países Productores aliados y Canales de Distribución. Liderando y gestionando las operaciones delegadas (outbound/inbound), con el fin de alcanzar los resultados operacionales afirmándose en los efectos funcionales de:
Proceso Total/Manejo de Servicio

Finanzas/Presupuesto

**Key Responsibilities**
- Brindar soporte Operacional a UW y países productores
- Gestionar los requerimientos y comunicación con los países productores
- Administrar y gestionar las herramientas necesarias para ejecutar su roll
- Interactuar con las diferentes áreas garantizando la completitud de la información, verificando la calidad de de la mismas y el servicio proporcionado
- Aportar a la ejecución de las estrategias del equipo y estándares establecidos
- Ejecutar los entrenamientos asignados para consolidar su conocimiento de trabajo.
- Negociar con el broker (de acuerdo a los lineamientos)
- Asegurar, estandarizar y cumplir con un servicio de calidad a las LOBs y países productores
- Identificar áreas de mejora, para aportar en eficientar procesos, funciones y proyectos
- Negociar con LOBs en tiempos de respuesta, calidad y flujo de comunicación local, regional y global
- Maneja y controla el proceso del trabajo asignado, siguiendo los procedimientos y procesos corporativos y locales, asegurándose de:

- Proveer un servicio consistente
- Resolver situaciones pendientes que han sido presentadas para su ayuda
- Adopta una aptitud de calidad y cumplimiento dentro de las funciones asignadas a su unidad, aplicando procesos y flujos corporativos y locales para:

- Alcanzar un alto nível de calidad
- Alcanzar un alto nível de cumplimientos con las regulaciones locales y corporativos
- Colabora y utiliza los recursos de entrenamiento, siguiendo los procedimientos y procesos corporativos y locales, asegurándose de:

- Desarrollar sus destrezas y la de su equipo
- Aumenta sus conocimientos y la de su equipo
- Da el ejemplo e influye en otros una actitud positiva de la visión, los valores, las estrategias y la diversidad de Chubb
- Reacciona al cambio positivamente;
- Se comporta como un agente de cambio
- Comparte sus conocimientos y pericias con otros
- Transmite una imagen de alta confianza y capacidad para obtener los resultados necesarios
- Responsable de aportar al cumplimiento de la metas
- Responsable de cumplir con indicadores de negocios nuevos y renovaciones según delegación de cada LOBInteractuar con las diferentes áreas suministrando la información de mantenimiento de las cuentas, asegurando la calidad de información y cumplimiento de servicio proporcionado

**Experience**
- 1 o 2 años de experiência en banca y seguros (Suscripción Jr., Soporte Suscripción, Operaciones o Manejo de cuentas internacionales)

- Profesional en Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería, Administración, banca y seguros (Suscripción Jr., Soporte Suscripción, Operaciones o Manejo de cuentas internacionales)
