Student Advisor

**About us**:
Pacific Link College is a private college founded in 2011, with two campuses in Greater Vancouver, Canada, hosting approximately 1,000 international students per year. We offer 1 and 2-year vocational programs in childcare, business, technology, digital media, tourism and hospitality.

We are looking for a sales and marketing professional to represent the college in Colombia, helping to recruit new students and agencies. The position is full-time, 100% remote (based in any city in Colombia, preferably Bogotá), with occasional travel throughout the country.

**Duties**:

- Recruit and present the college to new agencies in Colombia and Latin America.
- Support existing agency network.
- Develop new business partnerships with agents to attract more potential students.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase enrolments.
- Recruit and assist in the enrolment process for Colombian students (organizing documents according to academic requirements)
- Assist in content creation for social media in Spanish (Instagram and Facebook).
- Occasionally represent the institution in virtual and in-person events in Colombia and Latin America.

**Requirements / Skills**:

- Must be living in Colombia
- Fluent Spanish and English is essential
- Previous knowledge or professional experience in international education is highly desirable
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Open to occasional travel
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Organization and attention to detail

**Plus if you have**:

- Studied or lived in Canada
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva or Adobe)
- Experience in sales
- Previous experience in student recruitment

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full time (40h / week), flexible schedule
- Independent contract
- Monthly salary = $1000 Canadian dollars + bonus per student.
