The Compensation Analyst will analyze PRIMO's remuneration structures and packages by doing a comparative analysis by region, market, and industry and considering the company's financial performance.

The incumbent in this position will work closely with Finance and act as the main focal point with all the business units to audit and report the variable schemes metrics completion to our F&A department.

The Compensation Analyst should do exhaustive research and analysis on competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. The incumbent will develop remuneration packages for new positions created - This role will enable the company to be more competitive in the labor market and increase retention.

**Top 5 tasks & responsibilities**:

- Benchmarks jobs compensation vis a vis various data sources to help update the company´s policies, salary schemes, and packages.
- Advise business units on potential variable schemes for their teams.
- Responsible for auditing and reporting the variable scheme´s results to Finance.
- Contribute to developing and updating remuneration packages for new and ongoing positions at PRIMO.
- Manage salary structure creation and maintenance.

**Required Skills, Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or similar.
- With a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience could be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in compensation and benefits or payroll is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and research methods (quantitative/qualitative)
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft or GSuit is required.
- Languages: Advance English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $4,500,000 per month
