About the role: The role involves supporting the HR & Payroll team with basic tasks. The incumbent will be responsible for calculating payroll and taxes, preparing accounting policies, and delivering reports to clients. The position holder is expected to work efficiently and timely to submit their work to their supervisor before the specified deadline as agreed with clients.
- Education: bachelor's degree in accounting, Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- English: Basic, with a focus on text comprehension.
- Software: Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Skills: Proactive, initiative-driven, and attention to detail. Organized and committed to following norms and creating processes to ensure consistency, coherence, and accuracy in the provided information. Able to identify and anticipate basic errors related to their activities.
