We are seeking a talented and versatile financial controller to join our team and play a key role in our growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform end-to-end bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks Online or Enterprise.
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.
- Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.
- Manage financial transactions and records for multiple businesses, approximately 2-3 different companies.
- Efficiently and accurately manage payroll processing in Gusto Payroll.
- Implement efficient procurement processes and systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- You have at least 5 years experience within a Bookkeeper or Financial Controller role
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Comfortable crafting reports from QuickBooks on KPI
- Discovering new KPI that are important / relevant to our business
- Reconciling 500 -700 monthly transactions from two bank accounts and one credit card
- Prepping financial information to be handed to our CPA firm.
**Job Type**: Part-time

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
