As a Multimedia Designer at Paystone, you'll be the creative force behind our content marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include:
**Video Editing Mastery**: Utilize your video editing skills to craft compelling multimedia content that resonates with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

**Visual Appeal**: Create visually stunning graphics using tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring each piece complements the theme and goals of specific marketing projects.

**Creative Conceptualization**: Contribute daily to the development of creative concepts for a range of digital assets, from homepage/landing pages to editorials, social media, and digital ads.

**Collaborative Team Player**: Work seamlessly within our design team to execute ideas across diverse channels and formats, including digital, print, and social media.

**Brand Stewardship**: Maintain the integrity of our brand aesthetic across all digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence.

**Who You Are**
- Experience: 3-5 years in graphic design and videography.
- Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, AfterEffects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), proficiency in Figma.
- Design Mastery: Fluency in visual design, exceptional skills in font usage, typography, and layout.
- Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines independently or collaboratively with teams.
- Innovative Thinker: Contribute innovative and original ideas to elevate design standards continually.
- Detail-Oriented: Multitask and prioritize effectively with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated success in liaising with diverse stakeholders.
