Noc Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- ** A 12 hour-shift working schedule (from 8 am to 8 pm, night and day alternate, schedule: 12h working through 48h for rest).**:

- Application Infrastructure to be monitored/supported include:

- GSuite & Mimecast
- Okta
- Zoom
- Slack
- ZScalar
- Jamf & Intune
- Network monitoring and triage
- PC & peripheral issues
- Tableau License Requests
- SalesForce Support
- Proactive identification and resolution of level 1 and 2 network issues, including performance degradation, outages, and other anomalies.
- Tickets / issues that cannot be resolved by the NOC service team will be escalated/routed in ServiceNOW to ZoomInfo level 3 technicians
- Incident management, including ticketing, escalation, and level 1 and 2 tickets resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Performance monitoring and reporting, providing regular updates on network health, utilization, and performance metrics.
- Support implementation of best practices and industry standards for network security, vulnerability management, and access control.
- Collaboration with internal IT and Security teams and other third-party vendors to coordinate network-related activities and projects.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Network management.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Experience in supporting Tableau and SalesForce services.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Experience in Monitoring using Zabbix, and Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ** Upper-Intermediate+ English level.**:
