**Acerca de Chiper**

Chiper es una startup tecnológica presente en Colombia, México y Brasil. La plataforma ofrece productos de consumo masivo a precios directos desde fabricantes hasta negocios independientes como tiendas de barrio, licoreras, mini mercados, etc. Nuestro propósito es crear puentes entre personas de ingresos medios y bajos que buscan mejores alternativas para comprar sus bienes de primera necesidad., sus necesidades y oportunidades de modelos tradicionales y obsoletos con tecnología, siempre pensando en ese usuario final y sus alternativas. Nuestra inspiración es el comprador final que se abastece en estos negocios independientes.

Chiper nació como proyecto en 2018 y en 2019 se lanzó como empresa. Hemos tenido un crecimiento acelerado y buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo emprendedores que sueñan con comerse el mundo, que disfrutan de un entorno de incertidumbre y cocreación. Queremos personas que, ante todo, quieran ser los mejores en lo que hacen y también ayudar a sus compañeros a ser los mejores.

**Sé parte de un equipo en el que serás**:
Responsable de apoyar el proceso de estructuración de presupuesto país, seguimiento a la ejecución presupuestal mensual, forecast y análisis de desviaciones, Reporte financiero mensual y control de gastos y costos que permitan a las áreas tener visibilidad de su ejecución para controlar variaciones e identificar oportunidades de ahorro.

Apoyar todo lo relacionado con Proyectos Financieros, Gestión de Información Financiera y Operacional.

**Tu principales responsabilidades serán**:

- Realizar la planeación financiera: Diseño, construcción, actualización, seguimiento y forecast del presupuesto. Cierre Mensual y UE.
- Revisar y garantizar la confiabilidad de las cifras a presentar en el Weekly Business Review.
- Realizar seguimiento y análisis a los resultados de los KPIs financieros (WBR )
- Hacer seguimiento garantizando confiabilidad y veracidad de las cifras al Fulfillment Cost (Semanal)
- Realizar control presupuestal de Gastos y costos administrativos.
- Participar activamente en el diseño e implementación de Proyectos y Business Case de Negocio - Construcción Modelos financieros y Seguimiento Al modelo financiero.

**Formación Certificable**:
Profesional en administración, finanzas, economía, contabilidad o afines.

**Conocimiento especializado**:

- Conocimientos de Planeación Financiera
- Modelaje Financiero Avanzado (BI, Sheets)
- Manejo de herramientas de Control de Gestión
- Conocimientos de Contabilidad Financiera / IFRS

**Experiência de**:
Con experiência mínima de 4 a 6 años en cargos de igual responsabilidad.

**Estamos buscando las siguientes habilidades**:

- Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y Manejo de Sheets
- Herramientas BI
- Manejo de sistemas contables o ERP
- Análisis de datos
- Administración de tiempo
- Priorización de actividades
