**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Built, grow, and maintain an excellent relationship with internal/ external customer, being oriented towards the continuous improvement of the services provided.
- Lead internal team to execute projects, identify opportunities, and resolve customer issues. Drive the resolution of technical and commercial issues, as well as warranty items. Coordinate with internal team on parts, overhauls, upgrades, and field service for project requirements.
- Plan, schedule, prepare documents, make recommendations and implement projects. Collaborate with cross-functional international teams and customer to plan, prioritize, and sell additional scopes.
- Provide technical interface and maintain customer relationships through customer personnel. Ensure technical correspondence, operating history and configuration records are maintained.
- Monitor and report on project status including aspects such as technical, quality, safety, contractual, financial, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Ensure quality topics are documented in quality tools, support the resolution and communication of the corrective/ preventive actions. Responsible for projects results.
- Comply with project management standards and business conduct guidelines such as quality, tax regulations, export control, occupational health and safety. Obtain IPMA certification as required.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering preferred).
- 5-8 years’ experience for grip level 07 or +8 years for grip level 06 with experience in Project Management responsible for project results. Must be able to deliver complex projects to multiple customers.
- Experience in customer facing roles and ability to communicate clearly to senior management is a must. International, cross-cultural, remote work experience preferred.
- Experience with Combustion Turbines and/ or Aeroderivative Gas Turbines. Dedicated, self-starting, creative individual with a working knowledge in the Oil and Gas Industry, project engineering skills, and good commercial sense. Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Ability to travel domestic and/ or international as required. (10%-20% travel)

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
