**Job Description**:

- Write clean, efficient code, adhering to web standards, best practices, and optimizing website performance
- Development in the.NET framework
- Write and implement queries / views / procedures in database systems using code first migrations
- Work in a team-based environment to build consumer facing digital experiences, including collaborating with team members from domains such as business analysts, user experience designers, testers and front-end developers
- Build for the responsive web and all the quirks that come with it
- Work in a team environment, but enjoys working independently, and taking ownership of your work
- Clear articulation of complex concepts to non-technical and technical people alike
- Self-motivated and resourceful, and proactive about learning new skills and technologies
- Ability to manage time, tasks, and priorities while adapting to new challenges and solve complex problems
- Accurate estimation custom development work

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in delivering CMS and ecommerce websites using EPI Server.
- 5+ years of demonstrated job experience working with.NET building consumer facing digital experiences
- 3+ years of SQL development experience skills
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional services organization
- Working familiarity with Microsoft environments, tools, and frameworks is preferred - particularly with Visual Studio and ASP.NET MVC
- Working familiarity with technology collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to consistently deliver against the standard for quality on the project on a first-time basis.
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Strong ability to ramp up quickly and or work on multiple projects at time.
- Strong sense of accountability for your work
- Strong unit testing skills, produces quality work on the first try
- Able to work independently and or remotely with limited oversight
