- Identify and develop relationships and sales with roasters in the USA and Europe.
- Cultivate and grow existing company relationships.
- Focus in building long term relationships with customers.
- After-sales service to understand customer experience and get feedback on product and service.
- Coordinate and support international buyer trips in the country.
- Coordinate and support participation in national and international business shows.
- Keep the customer database updated in the CRM.
- Report activities and progress of key indicators
- Report financial data of payments and contracts.
