**Backend**:

- Must possess at least 3+ years of experience in Drupal.
- Must possess at least 2+ years in PHP and MySQL._(if Backend or Full Stack)_
- Familiarity with a variety of SQL compliant database platforms, web servers, and environments._(if Backend or Full Stack)_
- Backend dev with solid Drupal 9 experience.
- Preferably experience with migration and API integrations.
- Experience creating custom Drupal modules
- Experience working with PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.

**Frontend**:

- 2+ years of experience developing responsive, accessible, performant, and user-friendly web solutions in Drupal
- Experience identifying and surfacing potential project issues.
- Experience with modern development tools and methods such as atomic and responsive design, git-flow, container-based environments, task runners, CSS preprocessors, IDEs, and CI/CD platforms.
- Able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to a variety of project management styles (waterfall, agile, scrum).
- Agency experience required
- Experience with WordPress is a bonus
