Hi, this is Valentina from CI&TI am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Master Full Stack Developer (Python/React) position to join us If you are interested, please upload your resume in English.

**We are looking for a person who**:

Act autonomously, using the freedom to give your opinion on processes and issues related to the client when necessary;

Be able to communicate very well in English during calls with the team and the client, knowing how to explain and defend ideas, promote changes and adapt to new contexts quickly.

**Your mission**:
From a technical perspective, it is expected to conduct analyzes and give opinions on new technologies, proposals for efficient solutions, proposing experiments to validate hypotheses.

**The requirements for the challenge are**:

- Python 3 (Marshmallow, Flask, Alembic, SQLAlchemy, Pytest);
- React 18 (Hooks, React Query, Jest);
- AWS (Lambda, SQS, RDS, S3, EC2, Cloudwatch);
- HTML5, CSS;
- MySQL;
- Solid knowledge of Git and GitLab;
- Advanced English (C1) for negotiating and conducting technical discussions.

**You will stand out if you have knowledge in**:

- Cypress;
- Serverless, Cloudformation, Terraform;
- Docker;
- GitLab Pipelines;
- Github;
- AWS (Aurora, Kynesis, ECS, Cloudfront);
- Fluent English.
