The Channel Manager’s primary job responsibilities include managing direct relationships with UiPath and Workato account executives, sales managers, and partner management team members to ensure that we are communicating, strategizing and growing our partnership with UiPath and Workato effectively. You will be responsible for managing and running deal cycles, with additional goals of growing lead generation, solidifying partner satisfaction, and forming meaningful relationships. No two days or weeks will be alike, with meetings being scheduled or re-scheduled at the last minute sometimes, so flexibility is key.

Occasional travel and helping plan and host small events will be necessary. Being able to manage and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively is vital to success. **Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage numerous relationships with UiPath and Workato sales reps and decision makers inside your region and serve as their main point of contact
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a deal, whether it be via warm leads from UiPath and Workato or our own sourced opportunities
- Help manage internal relationships with colleagues and leadership to help scale our relationship and workload with UiPath and Workato in the LATAM region
- Communicate new offerings, go-to-market strategies, and differentiators to UiPath and Workato reps and managers
- Utilize data available to help analyze and target markets for growth and communicate appropriately to Neostella leadership
- Provide feedback and analysis on current and future internal strategies based on experiences working with UiPath and Workato
- Drive sales pipeline and revenue growth
- Partner with our marketing team to help drive lead generation in your region
- Close deals

**Skills & Experience**:

- 5-6 years of experience in a sales-focused role (SaaS preferred)
- Conversational English and Portuguese required
- A strong understanding of technology and software is a must
- Quality organizational skills and a self-driven attitude are critical
- Flexibility - this is a hybrid role to start and as we grow our presence in LATAM, the role will shift to a dedicated account executive or channel/partner management role
- Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product is a plus
- Strong communication abilities, both written and spoken
- The ability to both receive and give constructive criticism in an appropriate manner
- Proficiency with CRM software
